What Should The Action Plan Contain?
Every small business needs an action plan that is based on the report of the evaluation committee of the faculty. Within 30 working days of receiving the final report of the faculty review committee, it will develop an action plan to address the points raised and the recommendations listed in the report of the faculty evaluation assembly. The action plan is sent by the dean to the faculty review committee and the evaluation team while the committes of study and evaluation remain focused over the application of the action plan and its effects within a time horizon that it determines. It is one of the best small business coach practices to make a versatile action planner which works out in every possible situation.
